The fitting worked great. We have about 1/8 between the drain and the belt. I will try and take some pics of it this week.

Back together. Breather can will be mounted and we will be painting the shroud and cleaning it up some when I get it back. I think it turned out great. Thanks to Chris, clay, clinton, bubba, and zach for the help along the way. Should be ready in a month or so. Attachments:

If running e85, and the car is on the e85 tune and I need to run pump gas for a trip...... I will crank up the car and pull the return line and drain the fuel that way. Then upload the pump gas tune to the car, and fill with pump gas.

Just makes me wonder if the e85 is really necessary on low boost. You shouldn't be facing the detonation problems it prevents and it doesnt sound like you are pushing it yet.

We can get more aggressive with the timing on e85. I could have bought truck heads 317s.....and run it on pumpgas, but that was more money. On e85......with same boost level....I bet it would make 35 more to the tires and be safer than pump gas. E85 is like 104 and i have it a mile from my house. A no brainer in my book. Clinton is also talking about switching over.
