We won't make it. We're actually heading up to the Shreveport, La area to do some house hunting before our move at the end of April. Wish us luck in finding a safe and secure place to live up there!

Look in Bossier. Best places will be south bossier, Benton, Haughton. Shreveport is going down hill pretty quick.

Don't fret about having to take your F-body to this event. No one is going to make an awe inspiring entrance when the slowest car at the event is a 2 ton 197x's behemoth thats front wheel driven with a monster big block (still faster than your Fbody!). You're not going to park among those cars which are participating in the mile. As a spectator your $15 gets you parking in the dirt/grass/thorn infested field far behind the trailers, rv's, mega $ car carriers, and AMAZING supercars you want to hump.
Whatever you do don't even think of bringing sandals. It sounds impossible but we litreally walked over 1 mile 1 way just to see all the cars in attendance. We did this atleast 3X back/forth. Alos don't forget to bring plenty of sun screen! Outside Food/Drinks are prohibited. Those damn vendors are proud of their gourmet roadkill. I'm taking a cooler full o' goodies anyhow.

I'm planning to roll in the TrailBlazer, and I will have at least one open seat -- possibly two -- if anyone wants to ride along. Plenty of room for a large cooler, some chairs, sunscreen, etc.
Peace & Blessings, ~ Timothy

Plenty of room for a large cooler, some chairs, sunscreen, etc. Peace & Blessings, ~ Timothy I have an nice new 10x10 EZ Up tent, (2) light foldable tables, 20lb. 'O penguin blizzard ice, and an Extreme Cooler. IF you guys are willing to help haul and set it up I'm down for getting it together for the event. They don't allow barbequin' at the event thought I've seen it done. I receommend you take already prepared food. I'm willing to offer a 1 time group buy at Sam's if anyone is interested. Would be nice to sit in the shade, show off the SAFBA flag, enjoy some 200mph+ cartwheels!
